Health & Requirements
For health and safety reasons Happy Cats can only accept cats that meet the following requirements:
*We only board fully vaccinated cats. You must provide a current vaccination certificate (F3, F4 or F5) when checking in your cat. Please note your pet must have completed all required boosters and be vaccinated annually as vaccinations are only valid for 12 months.
*Up-to-date flea and worm treatments. Any cat that is found to have fleas or worms will be treated and the owner charged accordingly.
*Male cats must be de-sexed.
VET ON CALL The service of an on-call vet is available 24 hours a day. Costs incurred will be the responsibility of the owner.
DIET
All of our food is premium quality with a variety of appetizing
meals. Our menu consists of veterinary recommended and premium supermarket foods, including raw meats, canned tuna, as well as the popular supermarket brand wet foods.
Please discuss your pet's special requirements with us, as prescription and special diets are to be supplied by the owner.
MEDICATION
Please discuss any health concerns you may have with your local vet prior to boarding.
Medications (injections/tablets) or any special requirements are happily followed as per your requests (charges apply).
WORMING/FLEA-TREATMENT
There are various products on the market. Please seek advice from your local vet. We are happy to assist with these treatments (charges apply).
CAT TAXI
We offer a pick-up/delivery service for local clients (Bairnsdale region).
